How and when will I receive my software?
Your software will be delivered as a download link which will be sent to the email address you used when you made your purchase. You can also use this email address to create a support account where you can manage and download your purchases.
What to I do if I haven’t received my software?
The confirmation email may have been blocked by your email provider. Check your spam folder for emails from anthropics.com. If you still cannot find the email, it’s possible there was a spelling error that is stopping it from being delivered. Please contact the customer support team who will be able to locate your license details for you.
Can you send me a CD?
To keep our costs down we don’t ship a CD version of the software. We also think that an instant download is a more convenient way for you to receive the software from us, and since we regularly update the software a CD would soon be out of date. If you have a computer problem or buy a new computer, you can simply download the software again by going to our License Manager, which will always allow you to download the latest version of the software that you have bought a license for.
I don’t have a credit or debit card, can I pay using another method?
Yes, we accept checks in the mail. USA and UK postal orders are also fine.

What exactly do I get when I buy a license for the software?
The purchase price allows you to use the software forever. You also get free updates to any minor releases of the version you have bought (e.g. v1.1 to v1.2). Upgrades to major releases (e.g. v1.x to v2.x) are not free, but will be available at a discounted price to you.
