How do I use my license token?
Your license token (also sometimes called an activation token) is a unique code that is linked to your purchase of LandscapePro. This token is used to activate your software on your computer when you first install it or after an update. It is also used when purchasing upgrades. For this reason, it’s a good idea to keep a note of your license token for future reference.
How do I find out what my activation token is?
Your token will have been emailed to you when you first received the software. If you have misplaced the email. you can have the token sent to you by entering your email address in the Find Licenses search box.
Alternatively you can log into your support account to view your existing licenses. If you still cannot install the software please create a support ticket telling us the name and email address used when you received your license.
Can I activate LandscapePro on a computer with no Internet connection?
When running the full version of LandscapePro for the first time it will ask for activation. Please choose “manual activation” and make a note of your “system fingerprint” that you will see on the screen. Every computer has a different system fingerprint. You must make sure you use the system fingerprint from the computer that you want to activate your license on.
On another computer that has an Internet connection, go to our activation page and enter your system fingerprint and activation token that was emailed to you. You will then be able to download a file containing the “key” that you need to activate LandscapePro.
Copy this key to a USB memory stick and transfer it to the computer that you want to activate LandscapePro on. Press the “Load Key From File” button on the manual activation dialog and open the file containing the key from the USB memory stick.
Note that you don’t need an Internet connection on the machine you are installing LandscapePro on at any point during this process.
How do I activate the free trial?
The free trial can’t be activated to convert it to a full license. Instead, you need to download and install the full version.
The link to download the full version is in the instructions you see after buying. These instructions are also emailed to you. If you don’t get the email within about 10 minutes of buying, it may be in your spam filter.
Alternatively you can use our License Manager to see all of your licenses and download the software.
I formatted my disk and reinstalled LandscapePro, and when I try to enter my token it says it has already been used. What can I do now?
Please open a support ticket and include the token, and also the name and email address used when you bought your license.
